We’ve come a long way in just over a year, and we’re so thankful for everyone who has helped us get this far. The gym is open and being used again because people like you showed up and chipped in.
Now we’re focused on what’s next:
The Pool – our main project right now (goal to be open summer 2026)
The Band Room – turning it into a great space for events and gatherings (goal to be available may 2026)
The School Building – Interior renovations beginning summer of 2026. Available for walking tours down memory lane.
Every dollar goes straight into fixing up the property and getting these spaces back in use for Virgie. Big or small, your gift helps move things faster.
The name 74 Eagles comes from the 74 years Virgie Middle and High School served our community, from 1939 to 2013. We want to honor that history by bringing the place back to life for future generations.
